We’ll discuss promotions, sponsorship, pay, family, and taking leave. Our panellists come from a variety of backgrounds.
Event Details:
A lot of events are focused on getting women and non-binary people in the door for their first roles. This is essential, but progression and retention are rarely topics that get covered. We believe that career progression support is really important in retaining women and non-binary people in tech.
Join us for a panel discussion framed around the successes and accomplishments of the amazing people who’ll be joining us. Topics we’ll discuss include promotions, and sponsorship, pay, family, and taking leave. Our panellists come from a variety of backgrounds and have paved the way for their own successful careers, which we hope will inspire yours.
This event is open to everyone.
Presented by Triangirls: Not your average women in tech community.
Thank you to Resolve who have sponsored this event. Sponsorship like this helps Triangirls maintain a community by allowing us to run events.
About the remote event
As our events are usually in person, we would love for people to join the event using their camera if you are comfortable in doing so. We understand we can't replicate the previous atmosphere of Triangirls events but we'll try our hardest to!
