Samsara HQ, 1 Alie Street, Fourth Floor London E1 8DE
Join us for an evening with Samsara where our speakers share their stories and experiences on personal retrospectives. This event will focus on Personal Reflection and strategies for deciding where to invest, maintain, and drop focus in your personal life. Whether you're a seasoned pro at introspection or just starting out, this event is sure to provide valuable insights and tips for anyone looking to improve themselves.
We often struggle to have a balanced life; Whether that’s dialing up our focus on our careers due to the needs of the workplace or pulling back as personal lives need more maintenance. Finding balance becomes much easier when you know more about yourself and how you’re managing your energy.
Join us for an evening with Samsara, where we’ll be understanding the benefits of personal reflection for not only our mental and physical health, careers but also our relationships.
We’ll hear from a range of speakers who offer their insight and experience into personal reflection as a way to know where to spend your time. It might be investing in your skillset, or finding out where you want to rest in your career-- either way, knowing where to focus is essential for success.
